Avoid Border Delays Due to Incorrect or Mismatched Data

Canada's ACI eManifest regulations for highway carriers in effect as of May 6, 2015. The intent of the ACI program is to provide CBSA officers with electronic data on the cargo, conveyance, shipper and importer prior to the shipment's arrival at the border. Non-compliant carriers could expect to experience additional delays and be issued zero-rated penalties from July 10, 2015 to January 10, 2016. It is important to note that even though you may be set up for ACE eManifest into the USA you will still be required to set up for ACI eManifest into Canada.
