The Federal government is reviewing and preparing to ratify the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and CETA. The Softwood Lumber Agreement (SLA) has expired and needs renegotiation under NAFTA regulations to avoid US tariffs. The SBOT Panel will review what agreements are already in place, the potential impacts of new trade agreements and how local businesses can profit in a global marketplace.
