Harbour West, founded in 2008, provides leadership search services that are efficient and tailored to meet each of our client’s needs. As a result, we boast an inordinately high number of repeat clients and a nearly 100% search completion rate. This stems from a service-centred approach to our work. Our team consists of Executive Search Consultants, Research Consultants and Project Administrative staff. The Executive Search Consultants are experts in the executive search process, candidate recruitment and talent assessment with decades of combined experience working for other national executive search firms, within the provincial government and beyond.
