Workplace Violence Prevention:Assessing Risk and Managing Outcomes
Assessing individual and organizational workplace violence risk is now a requirement in most Canadian jurisdictions.
Current legislation places a significant onus on employers to alert workers to circumstances and individuals who may pose a risk of physical violence, bullying, or harassment in the workplace. In addition, employers must implement policies, procedures and practices on how they will investigate, assess and manage individual situations. We can help.
