Webinar: Part II. NAFTA

Pacific Customs Brokers is hosting a two part webinar series on NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Each of the 75 minute sessions will cover crucial information on NAFTA. In this second session, we will further examine the “rules of origin” specific to articles that may have components from multiple countries, expanding on the processes involved in determining regional value content and net cost. We will provide you with the necessary knowledge to determine whether a binding ruling may be appropriate to ensure an accurate certification. Avoid a common assumption that all products that are manufactured in Canada, the United States or Mexico are eligible for duty free status under NAFTA.
