The Foundations of HR Metrics Workshop
Join the growing community of HR professionals who measure their impact to the organization.
This workshop is for the HR professional who wants to start using HR Metrics or refresh their current metrics practices and is ready to apply these basic principals in the workplace.
This interactive session will start with lectures on the components of a valid HR Metrics program and use case studies to learn how to choose relevant metrics and calculate them using standard formulas. Some discussion will focus on data definitions and developing a comfort level with internal and external benchmarking. There will also be exercises to help leverage metrics for business cases and a high-level overview of the proper application of surveys to diagnose workforce issues.
Attendees should be prepared to openly discuss current measurement activities within their organizations.
