September 28, 2018 - CRA 2018 Serving You Better Consultations With Small and Medium Businesses
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is committed to hearing feedback from small and medium businesses and accountants. The CRA uses your valuable insights to make its programs and services more streamlined and client-focused.
2018 Serving You Better Consultations with small and medium businesses
Building on the success of the 2016 consultations, the CRA will be holding consultations across Canada with small and medium businesses and accountants in the fall of 2018.
The CRA will hold face-to-face sessions in cities across Canada with small and medium businesses and accountants. The CRA will be looking for feedback on the service improvements it has made to date and on new planned initiatives to ensure they meet the needs of small and medium businesses, as well as suggestions on ways to better serve the business community.
