Seminar: U.S. Customs Audit

If your business is exporting or importing goods into the United States, whether you are a Resident or a Non-Resident Importer (NRI), you should be aware that at some point, you are likely to be selected for an audit process by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Pacific Customs Brokers is offering a seminar on evaluating your understanding of compliance with Customs regulations, the differences between voluntary and enforced compliance, the expectation of “reasonable care”, the potential cost risks of non-compliance, and best practices.
