Recognizing Incompetency

Professionals in Estate Planning are invited to come and hear Dr. John Sloan, UBC Clinical Professor, author, and expert in the care of the frail elderly, address the topic of competency issues and the frail elderly.  He will discuss the challenges of health care in the home setting for the frail elderly and will particularly comment on difficulties with mental competency and suggested solutions.  Due to the introduction of WESA on March 31st, this is an important topic for professionals in the Estate Planning field.  Please RSVP by March 14, 2014
