October 17, 2017 - Introduction to the Kaizen Change Model - Workshop
Kaizen is the practice of continuous improvement. Introduced to the West in 1985, today Kaizen is recognized worldwide as an important pillar of an organization’s long-term strategy to create a sustainable competitive advantage for its business. Kaizen is based on guiding principles such as Visual Management, 5S for the office and workshop, identifying the 8W (wastes) and eliminating the root-cause, problem-solving, and more! In this workshop, presented by the Kaizen Institute Canada (BC) Ltd, participants will learn how to create the conditions for a Continuous Improvement culture to grow in their business.
This workshop is facilitated by Robert Smith and Chris Leonard of Kaizen Institute Canada (BC) Ltd.
