BCAA's Patrick Smith, Senior Commercial Insurance Advisor and Dan Sera, Senior Field Adjuster, will facilitate this session.
Dan Sara is the Senior Field Adjuster for the BCAA Small Business Insurance team. Starting his insurance claims career in 2009, Dan has handled claims across various farm, commercial and habitational lines of coverage. Coming to BCAA in 2019 as a field adjuster in BCAA’s Home Insurance claims department, Dan took on the Senior Field Adjuster role when the team was started in 2021.
Pat Smith has been in the insurance industry for 26 years, 24 of those in commercial insurance. Pat has been with BCAA since June 2021 just prior to BCAA’s Small Business Insurance launch. He is proud to serve BC’s small businesses with the great products and services that BCAA is famous for.
