Last year, the Ministry of Labour began work on implementing BC’s Temporary Foreign Worker Protection Act (“Act”) and design an online portal for employers.
With the final implementation stage coming in late Fall 2020, the Ministry of Labour is inviting the Temporary Foreign Worker employers to register with the Temporary Foreign Worker Protection Unit.
