In accordance with our bylaws and the Board of Trade Act, the Board of Directors of the Surrey Board of Trade is calling a Special General Meeting of the membership to vote on the proposed merger of the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce and the Surrey Board of Trade, as previously announced. Under the Board of Trade Act, members of both organizations must approve the required motions.
