Are you aware that the total cost from mental health problems to the Canadian economy exceeds $50 billion annually? 70% of Canadian employees are concerned about the mental health and safety of their workplace.
 
Come and join the Canadian Mental Health Association for a two-hour workshop and discover the skills and knowledge of how to talk about mental health at work, how to approach a colleague who is not just themselves and how to reconnect.

 

This workshop is facilitated by Tara Sudbury, Manager, Community and Workplace Education for Canadian Mental Health Association. Tara is an educator with a keen commitment to mental health awareness. Tara joined CMHA in 2013 to reach out to employees to  discuss, share, learn and demystify the mental health and mental illness.  She has completed the Provincial Instructor Diploma at VCC, is a certified Living Life to the Full, and Responding with Respect facilitator
