On July 30th there will be 29 days until the Grand Opening of Phase Two of the Guildford Town Centre redevelopment. The $280 million redevelopment and expansion of Guildford Town Centre will revitalize the centre and re-establish it as the market dominant centre in the Fraser Valley. Phase One of the project saw the opening of a new Walmart Supercentre and a portion of the new two level parkade on October 28, 2011. On August 28, 2013 Phase Two will open with a brand new 1,034 seat food court and more than 50 new retailers including H&M, Sephora, Disney Store, LEGO and Forever 21. In addition to the amazing new stores, there will be new water features, stunning living walls, both inside and out, soft seating and much more.
