Sukhminder Virk Lindsay Kenney LLP Sukhminder is a Lawyer at Lindsay Kenney LLP with a mixed practice which includes wills and estates, corporate succession planning, and real estate development. His practice focuses on working with clients and their families to address all aspects of estate planning and ensuring a smooth succession, including complex tax, estate, corporate, and family issues. Sukhminder has acted in the BC Supreme Court on various estate matters, including issues of breach of trust, contesting wills, wills variation claims, and Committeeships. He understands that corporate and personal planning requires a complete understanding of clients’ needs, including personal, family, and business issues. Using his knowledge of the law, he is focused on finding the most practical solution for his clients. This includes understanding cultural nuances that arise when advising clients of diverse backgrounds. In addition to being a director of the Fraser Valley Estate Planning Council, Sukhminder serves on the Board of Governors for the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Surrey Board of Trade’s Development Advisory Committee, and a Director of the South Asian Bar Association.
