Join us for the 4th Surrey Arts & Business Awards which showcases Surrey's Creative Industry and recognizes individuals and businesses that are committed to enriching Surrey through the arts, thus enhancing Surrey's livability.
The Surrey Board of Trade and the City of Surrey are committed to cultivating and sustaining a healthy and inclusive city and work towards ensuring that the cultural richness of Surrey is reflected through these awards.
Mayor Colin Basran, City of Kelowna
Mayor Colin Basran was first elected as Kelowna's youngest Mayor in December 2014 and was re-elected in 2018. Before becoming a Mayor, he was a City Councillor from 2011 to 2014. He worked as a news reporter at Kelowna's CHBC Television and as a realtor before joining politics. Mayor Basran is an avid supporter of the arts, especially the local live music and visual arts.

Event payment is due upon registration. Cancellations for event attendance, sponsorship, or exhibitor space will not be refunded. An event registration is considered a commitment to pay. While event registration is non-refundable, cancellations before three full business days of the event may be eligible for a credit towards a future event. Some exclusions apply.
