Canadian Companies Doing Business in the US

This seminar will provide Canadian small business owners and their advisors with an overview of the tax landscape in the US and will identify some of the pitfalls that await the unwary. This will be hosted by Edward Shawchuk. Edward recently joined AG Tax. Prior to coming to AG Tax, Edward was a senior manager in the International Tax department of a big-four firm. During his time at the big-four firm, Edward gained substantial experience assisting both large and small businesses manage their cross-border businesses in a variety of industries.
