Jack has spent his entire career of over 30 years in the telecommunications industry. In 1994, Jack founded TELOS Technology Inc., where he led a local team of technology and network experts to achieve many pioneering firsts in mobile wireless industry and in 2003, winning the industry’s most prestigious award for Best Innovative Infrastructure award at the 3GSM in Cannes, France. TELOS was acquired in 2004 by UTStarcom, a Nasdaq listed telecommunications company.  Jack stayed on as the President of the Mobile System Business Unit at UTStarcom. Jack led a management buyout of the business unit in 2008 and founded Star Solutions.  Star Solutions offers unique and innovative solutions for cellular mobile networks with focus in three market segments; Rural, Enterprise and Rapid Deployment/Emergency Communications.
